Abstract
This study aims to see how Geprek Bensu Pekanbaru is digital Marketing planning for social media Instagram. Instagram is one of the marketing communication media that has considerable potential for companies to reach a wider market, interact and continue to connect with consumers. The researcher uses the OSTAC theory which stands for Situation, Objectives, Strategy, Tactics, Action, and Controlling. SOSTAC is a system as a basis for executing steps and creating marketing plans. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method using data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews and documentation. The research subjects consisted of leaders and employees of Geprek Bensu Pekanbaru. The object of this research is the Geprek Bensu Pekanbaru marketing communication strategy through social media Instagram. The results of this study indicate that Geprek Bensu Pekanbaru has implemented a marketing communication strategy by implementing SOSTAC well. Through marketing communication through Instagram, it is proven to be able to add information about Geprek Bensu products to consumers.
