Abstract
The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the Supervision of Satpol PP Against Circulation of Alcoholic Beverages in Bangko Subdistrict, Rokan Hilir Regency and find out what obstacles were faced in signaling the supervision process towards the circulation of alcoholic beverages. To facilitate the authors in collecting the data needed in this study, the type of research that will be used is descriptive survey research, which is to explain the results of direct observations in the field. The location of this study was conducted in Bangko Kubapaten District, Rokan Hilir. The type of data collected includes primary data and secondary data. The data analysis technique of this research is by collecting the data, after the data has been collected, then grouped according to needs and uses, then analyzed quantitatively, then carried out descriptive method by describing and describing the results of the study are brief and clear. From the results of the study it can be concluded that the supervision of the Civil Service Police Unit Against Circulation of Alcoholic Beverages in Bangko District, Rokan Hilir Regency is good. Obstacles from Supervision of Civil Service Police Unit Against Circulation of Alcoholic Beverages in Bangko Subdistrict, Rokan Hilir Regency is the limited number of Satpol PP personnel to carry out routine supervision of circulation of alcoholic beverages in Bangko District. Then there are still many people who are still stubborn, still selling alcoholic drinks even though they have been commemorated by the Satpol PP officers in Bangko District. To overcome the above obstacles, it is recommended. 1. Increasing the duties of the Satpol PP in Bangko District, Rokan Hilir Regency. 2. Strictly supervise by frequently not traders who sell alcoholic beverages. 3. Applying strict sanctions to traders who are still stubborn.
