Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine whether the characteristics of biographical and job characteristics affect the performance of the process PT. Ivo Mas Tunggal Kandis Village, Kec. Kandis. Data used is primary data, namely data that comes from the data from the questionnaire. sample as many as 42 people who are in the process of CPO (Crude Palm Oil) PT. Ivo Mas Single. Analysis of the data used in the form of multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 24. The results showed the biographical characteristics (X1) has a significant effect on employee performance. Job Characteristics (X2) has a significant effect on employee performance. Biographical Characteristics (X1) and Job Characteristics (X2) together provide contribution to employee performance is 72.6%, and the rest (27.4%) influenced by other factors not included in the study.
