Abstract
Work discipline is an attitude and behavior of a person that shows obedience, obedience, to the rules of an organization and applicable norms. This is something that is important and very influential in an organization. This study aims to determine how the employee work discipline in the Kampar sub-districts office in the kampar kiri tengah of the Kampar district. The indicators used include goals and abilities, role models, remuneration, justice, respect, legal sanctions, assertiveness and human relations. Because there are still many employees who do not arrive on time, disappear during working hours and there are no sanctions that regulate employees who are late. In uncovering this problem, using quantitative method with data collection techniques by means of questionnaires, interview, observation and documentation. The results showed that the analysis of employee discipline at the office of the Kampar Kiri Tengah sub district, Kampar regency, was quite good in the sense that there was still a lot to be noticed and improved for employee work discipline. Such as superiors must pay more attention to their subordinates and carry out coaching, re-evaluate attendance and make rules and sanctions based on the need to provide a deterrent effect for employees who violate the rules.
