Abstract

This research was conducted at PT.Powerlink Internusa Pekanbaru, while the purpose of this study was to determine the effect of financial compensation on employe performance at PT.Powerlink Internusa Pekanbaru. Then the sample in this study were all 41 employees of PT. Powerlink Internusa Pekanbaru and were used as respondents in this study using a simple linier regression analysis method using the SPSS Version 22 program. From the result of a simple linier regression test, the equation Y = 10,401 + 0,589X. And the results of the correlations test (r) the value of the correlation coefficient is 0,838 or 83,8%. This value indicates a strong relationship between financial compensation variables and employee performance at PT.Powerlink Internusa Pekanbaru. The value of R² 0,703 which means 70,3% from financial compensation effects the performance of employees at PT.Powerlink Internusa Pekanbaru while the rest 29,7% is influenced by other reasons that are not discussed in this study.
