Abstract

along with the development of the construction industry in Indonesia which is very advanced, the construction of physical facilities needs a serious management, given the increasing size of the project and the increasingly complex dependence of one part of work with other jobs in a project to achieve the desired results. In the management of construction, planning, implementation and control of the construction service industry can be arranged in accordance with existing resources. In implementing a project it can experience delays, accelerations, or on time according to the project plan schedule. In the concept of Earned Value Analysis, it will be reviewed to find out the time and cost deviations whether the time and cost of completing the project are in accordance with the initial plan schedule and project costs in each reporting period. In this study regarding time and cost deviations at the stage of project implementation using the results value method (Earned Value) as for the research methods carried out, namely the literature study to get the basic foundation in writing this study, collecting secondary data as an indicator of the results of analysis used in this study . For analysis and discussion carried out calculate the BCWS value, BCWP value, and ACWP value in order to obtain Variant Schedule value (SV), Cost Variant value (CV) and calculate productivity index and project performance index. The results of the study were carried out, namely for the overall BCWS value of the UPIP psychiatric building project in the handsome province of Riau, Rp. 13,015,817,960.58, for the overall BCWP value of Rp. 52, as for the results of the analysis obtained from several existing indicators, the value of Schedule Variant (SV) is Rp. 0.00 where the implementation is in accordance with the schedule while the Cost Varian (CV) value is Rp1,301,581,796.06 implementation costs are smaller than the budget, for Schedule Performance Index (SPI) obtained a value of 1.00 = 1.00 implementation completed according to the work plan schedule, and for the Cost Performance Index (CPI) obtained a value of 1.11> 1 expenditure smaller than the budget.
