Abstract

This study aims to determine how the Implementation of E-Puskesmas Services in Community Health Centers in the District of Bungaraya Siak Regency. As for the population of this study were 12 employees of Bungaraya Community Health Center. Adhering to the principle of rationality and to support the validity of the results of the study the number of samples is determined from 12 employees of the total population purposive. Types and sources of data collected include primary data that is data obtained directly from research respondents, while secondary data are sources of data and information as well as information from agencies related to this study. The implementation theory that I use is according to George Edward III. That Implementation is an activity of administrative activities as an institution intended as one of the processes of activities carried out by administrative units or bureaucratic units. In the approach theorized by Edward III, there are 4 indicator variables that determine the success of implementation, namely: Communication, Resources, Disposition and Bureaucratic Structure. To obtain more valid data and information, data collection techniques used are questionnaires, observations, and interviews. This research is in the form of a descriptive survey by drawing a number of samples from the existing population, prioritizing research tools in the form of questionnaires so that the data is expected to answer the desired research. The results of research on how the Implementation of E-Puskesmas Services at Community Health Centers in Bungaraya Sub-District of Siak Regency are considered "Good Enough".
