Abstract

This study aims to determine work productivity employees at PT. Wanna Jingga Timur in Kuantan Singingi Regency. Work productivity in this study is the achievement of work results given employees in the form of quantity, quality, and timeliness. Type Descriptive survey research using quantitative data methods The research was obtained from employees of the processing division at the PT. Wanna Jingga Timur, Kuantan Singingi Regency as well as the research sample which amounted to 43 people. Sources of research data come from primary data through data collection techniques questionnaire and interview, then secondary data obtained directly from the company in the form of documents. All over The data obtained were identified, grouped, then tabulated in the table and then analyzed to draw a conclusion. Research result it was found that the employees of PT. Wana Jingga Timur, Kuantan Singingi Regency it is good enough or 60.0%. This explains that the employees have work as expected by the company, especially in delivering quantity of work, quality of work, and timeliness of work. With Thus, it can be said that the employees of PT. East Orange Wana Kuantan Singingi Regency has shown excellent work productivity encouraging in terms of achievement of work results.
