Abstract
The research has been carried out in the Experimental Garden of the Faculty of Agriculture of the Islamic University of Riau, Jalan Kaharudin Nasution km 13, Overall Cold Water, Bukit Raya Subdistrict, Pekanbaru, for 4 months from December 2018 to March 2019. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of interactions and main effects of liquid waste Padang restaurant and Rhizobium inoculation on the growth and production of soybeans. This research uses a factorial completely randomized design (RAL) consisting of 2 factors, where the first factor is wastewater of Padang food restaurant (L) consisting of 4 levels and the second factor is rhizobium (R) inoculation consisting of 4 treatment levels namely L0 : without treatment, L1: 250 ml / liter of water, L2: 500 ml / liter of water, L3: 750 ml / liter of water. The second factor is legin (R) which consists of 4 levels namely R0: without treatment, R1: 5 g / kg of seed, R2: 7 g / kg of seed, R3: 9 g / kg of seed. The parameters observed were plant height, relative growth rate, flowering age, number of root nodules, weight of dry seeds per crop, weight of 100 seeds and weight of dried seeds per plot. Observation data were analyzed statistically and continued with BNJ test at 5% level. The results showed that the treatment of wastewater from Padang cuisine and rhizobium inoculation interacted to the effect of observing the number of pimps, dry weight of seeds per plant, weight of 100 seeds and dry weight of perplot seeds. The best treatment of wastewater in a desert food restaurant is 750 ml / liter of water and 9 g / kg of rhizobium inoculation (L3R3). The main influence of restaurant wastewater gives a real effect on all parameters, the best treatment of wastewater in Padang restaurant cuisine is 750 ml / liter of water. The main effect of rhizobium inoculation gives a real effect on all parameters, where the best treatment is on rhizobium 9 g / kg seed inoculation.
