Abstract

The purpose of this Working Paper is to find out how the job descriptions of the service counter office of the UIR academic and student bureau are to be able to encourage the achievement of effectiveness and efficiency in completing the work and tasks assigned by the leadership. From the analysis of observations made, it can be seen that at the office of the service counter for the UIR academic and student bureau the job description is correct, but due to the lack of human resources, several positions and tasks in the company must be carried out concurrently. So that the tasks carried out do not run efficiently and effectively. In this concurrent position, the researcher shows that the service counter of the UIR academic and student affairs bureau should increase the number of employees so that each employee can focus on the tasks and responsibilities given, can improve and maintain performance from each division of the agency.
