Abstract

The high amount of illegal trade traffic of liars and items of evidence in the form of liars confiscated have never been followed up on a court where the perpetrators can be free just like that. The same thing happened in Yogyakarta by the National Police Criminal Investigation which assumed that the borrowers were thankful for bringing goods or liars that were needed for economic purposes but were carried out after clarification because the person had managed to sell here and there. Therefore law enforcement is needed that does not look fur, so that the protection of liars can be fulfilled. Related to the main problem First is how to discuss the implementation of law enforcement against trafficking acts Liar trade is protected by the environmental protection and law enforcement office (bpphlhk) of the Sumatran region, secondly what are the Obstacles in the implementation of law enforcement against acts of trade in safeguarding and law enforcement of the environment and maintenance of the Sumatran region. And three things that have been done by the Environmental and Forestry Law Enforcement and Enforcement Agency (bpphlhk) of the Sumatra Region in an effort to overcome barriers to law enforcement against trade protection measures carried out by liars are protected. The research method used to answer this question is to use observational research methods that directly use primary data and secondary data, while the type of research is descriptive analysis where the analysis of data obtained from the field and literature by explaining and finding objects. While the method of discussing it is related legislation and concepts to be a very significant part of this research.The results of the study found that the first implementation of law enforcement against criminal acts Trade liability protection is protected by the environmental protection and law enforcement offices and maintenance (bpphlhk) of the Sumatran region carried out by PPNS which focus on tackling criminal liability in Indonesia which is a fundamental part of law enforcement to protect wildlife. Law enforcement has been running well, but it is still difficult to solve. The second obstacle in law enforcement by PPNS is the prevention of acts of protected wildlife trafficking, which are legal factors, law enforcement factors, Supporting Facilities or Facilities factors, etc.,. Meanwhile, the three efforts carried out by PPNS remain in accordance with existing procedures and must be approved.
