Abstract

The Aqzia Foundation Foundation is a non-profit organization that operates in in the field of education, which is located at Jl. Line II Wisma Hasanah, Jao-Simpang Tiga, Teluk Kuantan, Central Kuantan District, Kuantan Singingi Regency, Riau The purpose of this study is to compare bookkeeping applied by the Aqzia Foundation Foundation with Acceptable Accounting Principles General. The type of data collected in this study includes data primary and secondary data. The data obtained from this study are data written and documents provided by the Aqzia Foundation Foundation. The accounting application applied by the Aqzia Foundation only makes daily cashbook and directly report the income and balance sheet. Aqzia Foundation The Foundation does not keep a journal for every transaction, while in the preparation of financial reports presented by the Aqzia Foundation is only a report profit and loss and balance sheet. The foundation does not make activity reports, cash flow reports and notes to financial statements. Data collection techniques in this study namely by interview and documentation. Analysis of the data in this study done by descriptive method. From the description of the discussion and results of research conducted by the author, it is known that the application of accounting at the Aqzia Foundation in the Gulf Kuantan Kab. Kuantan Singingi is not in accordance with the Principles of Accounting Grateful General.
