Abstract
The study aims to examine the effect of Good Corporate Governance, Free Cash Flow and Leverage on Firm Value. The population in the study were all property and real estate sector companies listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange. This research took 18 samples in research’s period frm 2016-2019 with purposive sampling technique,the analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. After the research then could be concluded Good Corporate Governance, Free Cash Flow, and Leverage significantly affected the Firm Value, where Good Corporate Governance and Leverage affect the dependent variables negative but the Free Cash Flow affected positifly.
