Abstract

The village economic business program is a program created by the government to improve the community's economy by borrowing business funds from the village. This study aims to determine the factors that influence the implementation of the economic business program in the Sidomulyo Village Savings and Loans (UEK-SP) Sidomulyo Village West Sidomulyo Village, Tuah Madani District, Pekanbaru City. This research was conducted at the UEK-SP Sidomulyo office in the West Sidomulyo village. This type of research uses qualitative research with data collection techniques, namely interview, observation, and documentation techniques. While the data analysis that the researchers uses is descriptive analysis using the triagulation method. The factors that influence the implementation of the savings and loan village economic business program (UEK-SP) are communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure. Based on the results of the study, the factors that influence the implementation of the economic business program in the Sidomulyo Village Savings and Loans (UEK-SP) Sidomulyo Village, West Sidomulyo Subdistrict, Tuah Madani Subdistrict, Pekanbaru City have been implemented but are not optimal because one of the weaknesses in UEK-SP Sidomulyo is one of them. there has been no socialization given to the community regarding returning loan funds. Suggestions that can be given are holding socialization and coaching to the community so that they understand their respective responsibilities.
