Abstract
The problem of road damage is something that often occurs when there is heavy traffic on almost every road. If we go through road H. Adam Malik in Ranai, we will find a lot of lightly damaged roads that occur along the road. As a result of this damage, it causes quite high social costs, long travel time, increased fuel consumption which will cause higher transportation costs, resulting in an increase in the number of accidents and emotional levels in the community. This research method uses the calculation of Vehicle Operating Costs (BOK) from the Bina Marga method. By examining vehicle operating costs from population growth statistics for Natuna Regency in 2019 figures and also the condition of road damage that occurred on road H. Adam Malik, Ranai. From the results of the analysis of vehicle operating costs (VOC) in 2019, VOC Truk was Rp. 3,374,552,929, VOC Private Car Rp. 3,401,832,821 and VOC Bus Rp. 739,881,689 road H. Adam Malik, it is known that the road is in a lightly damaged condition and speed. the vehicle passing is 40 km / hour.
