Abstract

This situation often makes buyers disappointed The main problems of this research are 1. How to implement the Buy and Sell Binding Agreement No. 02/2018 Between Home Buyers and Developers in Pekanbaru City? 2. What is the legal action taken by the Buyer in the Sale and Purchase Binding Agreement No. 02/2018 Between Home Buyers and Developers in Pekanbaru City? The research method used in this research is to use observational research, with data collection techniques, namely by questionnaires and interviews. Judging from the nature of this research is a descriptive study, namely research that provides a detailed and clear description of the main research problems. The results of this research discussion.
