Abstract

The indicator of customer loyalty used is making repeated purchases regularly, buying other products not just one product offered by the manufacturer, recommending friends to also buy the same product to the same place, and not easily switching to competing products. The type of research located in Dodon Simpang Purba Holat Restaurant is descriptive which prioritizes questionnaires as a means of collecting data and collected data is then used as the main raw material for analyzing empirical conditions of the object of research objectives and research methods used by quantitative authors. The types and data collection techniques used by researchers consisted of primary data collected using questionnaires and interviews as well as secondary data data that had been made available at the Dodon Simpang Purba Holat Restaurant which was supportive. While the data analysis technique used is using descriptive analysis techniques. Based on this analysis technique the researcher assessed and concluded that customer loyalty at the Dodon Simpang Purba Holat Restaurant was in the Loyal category.This is because the Dodon Simpang Purba Holat Restaurant has been able to provide what customers need, such as good service, delicious food taste, employees who respond quickly to customers, various kinds of food menus and appropriate prices.
