Abstract
The study aims to find out and analyze how the provision of reward and punishment at Gas Stations. 14.282.661 Arifin Ahmad Pekanbaru. The population in this study were 18 people, namely all employees in the filling out of Gas Stations. 14.282.661 Arifin Ahmad, Pekanbaru City. The sample that will be studied is the total number of employees at section Gas Stations 14.282.661 Arifin Ahmad as many as 18 people using the census method. Data analysis using descriptive methods. The results of the study stated that the response of employee respondents at the Gas Stations. 14.282.661 Arifin Ahmad Pekanbaru about the rewards given by this company stated that they did not agree with the forms of rewards given by the company to outstanding employees. Responses regarding to the punishment given by the company to employees at Gas Stations. 14.282.661Jl Arifin Ahmad Pekanbaru, most of the respondents agreed. This means that employees agree with forms of punishments given by the company to their employees who excel.
