Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of organizational culture and employee competence on employee performance at PT. Maytama Solusindo. This research was conducted at PT. Maytama Solusindo which is located on Jalan Sultan Hasanuddin, Dumai, Riau Province. This study uses two independent variables (X1) Organizational Culture, and (X2) Employee Competence, while the dependent variable (Y) is Employee Performance. Sampling using the census method with a total sample of 63 people. Based on the results of this study, that Organizational Culture has a significant partial effect on the Employee Performance of PT. Mayatama Solusindo Dumai. Competence has a significant partial effect on employee performance at PT. Mayatama Solusindo Dumai. And Organizational Culture and Competence have a significant effect simultaneously on Employee Performance of PT.
