Abstract
This research the author did in Senapelan District, Pekanbaru. The object of his research is the Tire Shop. The problem discussed in this study is how the application of accounting by Tire Shop entrepreneurs in Senapelan District, Pekanbaru, has met the accounting concept. The purpose of this study was to determine the application of accounting conducted by tire shop entrepreneurs whether they can produce financial information that is useful in managing their business. This study uses data types namely primary data and secondary data. To obtain data and how information is needed in the preparation of the thesis, data collection techniques are carried out by interviews and questionnaires. Based on the results of the research and discussion about the analysis of the application of accounting to tire shop businesses in the weekend senescence district, it can be concluded that the recording done is not in accordance with the basic concepts of accounting.
