Abstract
This study aims to determine the influence of employee welfare on employee morale at PT. Silver Tour & Travel Pekanbaru. This research is a causal comparative study. The population of this study was 35 and used a sample of 35 respondents. The data used are primary data in the form of a questionnaire. Before doing the research, first the instrument was tested with validity and reliability tests involving 35 employees of PT. Silver Tour & Travel Pekanbaru. The results of this study indicate a positive and significant effect of the influence of employee welfare on employee morale at PT. Silver Tour & Travel Pekanbaru.
