Abstract

The purposh of this study is to analyze the influence of organizational culture and work motivation on employee performance at PT. PLN (Persero) Costomer Service Unit Taluk Kuantan. The population used in this study were employees of PT. PLN (Persero) Costomer Service Unit Taluk Kuantan. While the sample used in this study was 50 employees using the census technique. The research method used is descriptive quantitative method. For the data analysis method multiple linear regression method using the SPSS 25 program. The results of this study indicate a positive and significant influence on the influence of organizational culture and work motivation on employee performance at PT. PLN (Persero) Costomer Service Unit Taluk Kuantan.
