Abstract

The title of this research is Management of 204 Ladan Dance Studios in Ladan Village, Palmatak District, Anambas Islands Regency. George R. Terry defines management as a typical process consisting of actions such as planning, organizing, mobilizing, and controlling which are carried out to determine and achieve the goals that have been set through the use of human resources and other resources. The problem in this study is how to manage the 204 Ladan Dance Studio in Ladan Village, Palmatak District, Anambas Islands Regency. The purpose of this study was to find out how the management of the 204 Ladan Dance Studio in Ladan Village, Palmatak District, Anambas Islands Regency. And the method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The types and sources of data obtained from this research are primary data from people who know about this research, and secondary data from books and studies relevant to the research. 204 Ladan Dance Studio is a studio that is under the government of Ladan Village. Was formed as a way to maintain the existence of the arts, especially Malay. To achieve good results in running a studio, 204 Ladan Dance Studio performs the functions of planning, organizing, mobilizing, and supervising. And in this studio they are able to implement the management function properly and can carry out their duties according to their respective responsibilities
