Abstract
This research was conducted to analyze and determine consumer interest in shopping at the Riau Islamic University Floating Canteen in terms of products and services. This research was conducted with a quantitative descriptive method using primary data and secondary data obtained through interviews or interviews and research questionnaires. Respondents taken were 100 visitors to the canteen as research samples. The results of the study obtained conclusions from descriptive analysis of product quality, service quality and consumer interest in the Floating Canteen of the Islamic University of Riau in the satisfactory category. The variables of product quality and service quality have a significant effect on buying interest at the Riau Islamic University Floating Canteen.
