Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the work productivity of the processing department employees at PT. Jaya Business Contractor - Bangkinang. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method. The data collection used a questionnaire with a research sample, namely employees of the processing division at PT. Jaya Contractor Business in Bangkinang, amounting to 48 people. From the recapitulation of respondents' answers indicate that the work productivity of employees at PT. Jaya Contractor's Business - Bangkinang is already good, this is indicated by the answer data related to work productivity indicators in the form of ability, increased performance, morale, self-development, quality, and good efficiency. From the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that the employees of the processing division at PT.Usaha Jaya Contractors in Bangkinang are already productive and have a significant impact on the work undertaken.
