Abstract

The purpose of this study aims to prove that employee perceptions of organizational climate can affect employee job satisfaction. This research was conducted on 34 employees of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V KebunTandun. The data analysis used the Validity and Reliability Test, Simple Linear Regression Test, Correlation Coefficient Test (R), Determination Coefficient Test (R2), Normality Test, Classical Assumption Test and Partial Test (T Test). The results of this study indicate that the organizational climate has a significant effect on job satisfaction of employees at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V KebunTandun. This means that a good organizational climate can increase job satisfaction of the office employees of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Kebun Tandun.
