Abstract
The purpose of carrying out this research is to determine the extent to which the application of accounting carried out by restaurant entrepreneurs is in accordance with the basic concepts of accounting. The samples were 13 restaurants in Minas Subdistrict, Siak Regency, where the sample selection was based on financial recording treatment with descriptive methods. The data collection analysis techniques required for the thesis are documentation, interviews and observations. Based on the results of research conducted by the author, here it can be concluded that the analysis of the application of accounting in restaurant businesses in Minas District, Siak Regency is not in accordance with SAK EMKM.
