Abstract

Pekanbaru city capital of Riau province has made remarkable progress in recent years It demands the fulfillment of tools and infrastructure primarily concerning water availability, although the role is crucial, the water treatment is far from expected. The construction of a sewage treatment plant (IPAL) is expected to solve the problem of the Pekanbaru city sewage disposal. The implementation of the IPAL’s building project itself must have resulted in risks that could have impeded its completion. That was because of his work that interfered with the everyday social activities of society, eve consuming the agency in the process of his labour. Research data, possible events and risk assessment impact are obtained through questionnaires and literature studies. The processing and replacement of the dimonant risk to the project is to use Probability x Impact, thereby obtaining a risk variable that is likely to occur and had a significant impact on cost and time based on the perspective of the contracor and the supervisor consultant by diving the questionnaire. From the results of overriding risk analysis using Probability impact matrix, the risk of “implement risk”. Obtain 19 subvariables valid risk and grouped into 5 groups: force majeure risk, materials and equipment risk, employmen risk , execution risk and design and technology risk. variable resik caused by the “boring and jacking work” became the most influential risk to cost and time according to the executive contractor. And response to the risk is to pit around the project’s location and identify embedded utilities and existentials simultaneously to adjust the data that has been acquired.
