Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of reward on employee performance at PT. BNI Syariah Pekanbaru. The population in this study amounted to 54 employees. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling, namely as many as 35 samples. The data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires and interviews in taking the results of this study. In this study using simple regression analysis as an analysis tool. The results of this study indicate that reward has a significant effect on employee performance. There fore it can be said that the higher the reward received, the better the performance of the employee.
