Abstract

Performance is something that must be achieved if the employees in completing every job given to him. This study aims to determine the effect of work environment variables and organizational culture on performance variables on the employees of PT. Citraciti Pacific. The sample in this study were all finance and account division employees, amounting to 32 people. The data collection method uses interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis using qualitative methods with quantitative descriptive analysis. From the results of the study note that the variable work environment and organizational culture has a significant influence on employee performance. From the hypothesis testing explains that the work environment has an influence on performance, while organizational culture has an influence on employee performance at PT. Citraciti Pacific. With the better working environment of employees such as the comfort and safety of the workplace as well as the strong organizational culture that has been formed properly, it can affect the performance improvement generated by employees in the finance & account section at PT. Citraciti Pacific in achieving its stated goals.
