Abstract
The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze whether the company's reputation and job descriptions have a significant effect on employee commitment at PT.Karya Tama Bakti Mulia. The population and sample in this study were all employees in the office, amounting to 53 people. Data collection techniques in this study using a questionnaire containing statements given to employees of PT. Karya Tama Bakti Mulia. And the data analysis technique in this study used the PSPP, namely the Partial T Test. The results of this study indicate that company reputation and job descriptions have a positive and significant effect on the interest in applying for jobs at PT. Karya Tama Bakti Mulia
