Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of work performance on employee promotions at PT. Global Indonesia Asia Prosperous (GIAS) Pekanbaru. This research was carried out using a quantitative descriptive method using primary and secondary data obtained through interviews and research questionnaires. Respondents taken were 64 employees. From the results of the study, it was concluded that work performance had a significant effect on the variable of employee promotion at PT Global Indonesia Asia Sejahtera (GIAS) Pekanbaru.
