Abstract
This research was conducted at the Beef Chicken Business in Bukit Raya District, Pekanbaru City, which aims to determine whether the accounting application of the Beef Chicken Business in Bukit Raya District is in accordance with the principles of Accounting Standards for Micro, Small and Medium Entities. Types and sources of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data, while the data collection techniques used are interviews and documentation, and the data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive qualitative.Based on the results of the research and discussion, it can be concluded that in general the broiler business in Bukit Raya District, Pekanbaru City is familiar with accounting terms, but the use of the accounting system does not follow the basic accounting concepts because there is no knowledge of financial statements in accordance with SAK EMKM. So far, chicken businesses only make simple financial reports in the form of daily notes, which only contain cash receipts and disbursements
