Abstract
This study was conducted to determine the effect of work motivation on the permormance of lectureres at the faculty os islamic religion, Islamic University Of Riau. The population in this study were all 34 lecturers of the faculty of islamic religion, Islamic University Of Riau. Determination of the number of samples in this study using the sesus method, which means that the etire population is a sample. The data analysis method was carried out using a sample linear regression tool with SPSS25. The results of this study indicate that work motivation has a positive and signifikant effect on the performance of lectures at the Faculty of Islamic Religion, Islamic University of Riau.
