Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the suitability of the implementation of accounting in a motorcycle washing business in Siak Hulu District, Kampar Regency with the basic concepts of accounting. The location in this study is in the District of Siak Hulu, Kampar Regency. In this study using mixed qualitative quantitative research methods. Quantitative qualitative research is a mixed research method which is a combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods. Data in the form of information obtained directly from informants by collecting data through questionnaires and interviews. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Techniques in data collection used in the form of questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis used is descriptive method. Based on the results of the discussion and research that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the motorcycle wash entrepreneurs in Siak Hulu District, Kampar Regency are not in accordance with the basic accounting concepts such as the concept of business unity, the concept of matching and the concept of business continuity.
