Abstract

ABSTRACT AN ANALYSIS OF MDTA TEACHERS’ PERFORMANCE IN TAMPAN DISTRICT OF PEKANBARU CITY ALI ADAM SIREGAR 132310086 The background of this study is to review the development of religious education which keeps growing currently. The fundamental changes have occurred in the National Education system after an issuance of Law in 2003 on National Education System. Religious education is recognized as part of the National Education System which is administered by the government or society. The problem formulation of this study: how is the performance of MDTA teachers in Tampan District of Pekanbaru city?. The aim of this study is to investigate the performance of MDTA teachers in Tampan District, Pekanbaru City. The method of this study is descriptive and the type of this study is quantitative research. The population of this study consists of 194 people. The Sample is taken from the entire population as many as 66 people, with the sampling technique using the Slovin formula. Data collection techniques used are observation and questionnaires. Based on the results of study on the analysis of MDTA teachers’ performance in Tampan District of Pekanbaru city according to the respondents' answers, it can be concluded that P = 78.80%, it means that the analysis of MDTA teachers’ performance in Tampan District Pekanbaru is categorized as "good" with a percentage of 78.80%
