Abstract
DESCRIPTION OF PARENTS PERCEPTION IN CHILDREN VICTIMS OF SEXUAL VIOLENCE IN SIAK DISTRICT Viga Amanda Kusumaningtyas (168110133) Fakultas Psikologi, Universitas Islam Riau Abstract - Case of sexsual violencein Indonesia are getting peaked every year,victims of sexsual violence are not inly adults but have now spread to adolescents, children and even toddlers. Sexual violence of children is increasingly common and has become a topic in various contries including Indonesia. Sexsual case of children can continue to increase from time after time. It can also be Prove in ine Provience in Indonesia that is Riau Provience with notes from the souce of the UPT Integrated Service Center for Women and Children (P2TP2A) Riau Province as many 32 cases in 2015, 37 cases in 2016, 52 cases in 2017, 74 cases in 2017, 74 cases in 2018, and in January 2019-October 2019 there were s3 cases of sexual violence of children. (UPT Integrated Service Center For Women and clildren (P2TP2A) Riau Province. This research to look at description OF parent’s perception in childer victims of sexsual violence in Siak district.this research involvet 3 parents who had children victims of sexsual violence. This research use qualitative methods descriptive. Data analysis used coding. Research result show that the perceptions of parent towards their children are victims of sexsual violence, some perceive are their children are fine because od a handler from the psychologist’s side, while the perceptions of other parents seeing that their child is now angry, mature (before his age) and all his requests must be fulfilled with this impact, parent think that the long term impact as a victim will potentially become a perpetrator in the future.
