Abstract
ABSTRACT EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS AT PT CILIANDRA PERKASA By : ARIF RAHMAN 145210391 This study aims to analyze the performance of employees at PT. Ciliandra Perkasa. The definition of performance is the quality and quantity of work that can be achieved by an employee in carrying out his main duties and functions as an employee in accordance with the responsibilities assigned to or assigned to him. The analytical tool used in this research is descriptive qualitative analysis. Based on the results of research and interviews conducted, the researchers concluded that the performance of employees at PT. Ciliandra Perkasa is already good, namely in terms of ability, motivation, support received, the existence of a workplace and relationships with organizations. As for the efforts that need to be made to improve the performance of employees at PT. Ciliandra Perkasa, namely guidance and direction, employee development and discipline of applicable regulations to achieve performance efficiency.
