Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine the contribution of agility to the dribbling skills of PORSA (Salimpaung Football Association) players. The type of this research is correlation. The population in this research was PORSA (Salimpaung Football Association) players who collected 22 people, the sampling technique used was total sampling so that the sample in this study found 22 people. The research instrument used was an agility test with a dodging run and a dribbling skill test. The data analysis technique used is the correlation value test and calculate the contribution value. Based on the results of the research that has been carried out, a conclusion can be drawn as follows: There is a contribution of agility to the dribbling skills of PORSA players (Salimpaung Football Association) of 59.75% with a value of rcount = 0.773 > rtable = 0.423.
