Abstract

OPERATIONAL RISK ANALYSIS OF THE WAHANA MAKMUR SAVE AND LOAN COOPERATION (KOWAMAR) KEC. BUKIT RAYA KOTA PEKANBARU DURING COVID-19 By: NEZLIA AZRA WIJAYENI 185210337 Globalization has a big impact on business development. In Indonesia itself, the development of the corona virus only entered in March 2020. The entry of the Covid-19 virus had an impact on the economic sector, the stock market plummeted, business actors experienced stagnation and the value of the rupiah plummeted. The problem that generally occurs in companies is risk control in operations. This risk control includes the company's risk which consists of, Operational risk (internal and external). The implementation of risk management is carried out by referring to the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) component starting from the company's internal environment, setting goals, identifying risks that occur during covid-19, and conducting risk assessments, handling risks during covid-19, then conducting risk control activities at very high, high and moderate levels. Based on the results of research during the field, it was found that the risks that occurred in the Wahana Makmur Savings and Loan Cooperative were human resource risk, system risk, internal risk, and external risk, researchers collected and recorded all information on events or events that occurred in the company's operations. Suggestions for corrective action are given using the ERM method to prevent the level of operational risk in the future by applying production operational standards (SOPs) that are made in order to minimize the risks that occur to the company in order to avoid losses that occur.
