Abstract
In human life always trying to meet all their needs, both their own needs and the needs of his family. Every Man has a somewhat different needs from one another. It depends on the ability or the purchasing power of each individual. Purchasing power depends also on earnings (wages) were obtained within a certain time after work. To provide protection workers / laborers to wages, the government established the Wage Council (National, Provincial and District / Municipal) which is a non-structural institution is tripartite. With the establishment of the Minimum Wages Council Wage, expected wages received by workers / laborers, as a source of income to meet the needs of workers / laborers and their families, and can be reached fulfillment kabutuhan Life (KHL) workers / laborers. Psychologically wages can create satisfaction for workers / laborers.
