Abstract

This research aims to analyze the Application of Financial Management in the Allocation of Village Funds (ADD) Rawa Asri Village, Kuala Cenaku District, Indragiri Hulu. This research was conducted in Desa Rawa Asri, Kecamatan Kuala Cenaku, Indragiri Hulu Regency. The research design used is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Data sources are obtained from primary data as well as secondary data. Data collection techniques in the form of documentation and interviews in the management of ADD with parties who participate in it. The data analysis technique used is qualitative descriptive. The results of the description can be known through the analysis of Permendagri Number 113 of 2014 by comparing the results of realization in the field.. The results of this study show that the management of ADD from the planning, implementation, management, reporting, and accountability stages can be said to be in accordance with regulation No. 113 of 2014. Although there are some things that exist in planning, implementation and management that are still not in accordance with the target objectives.
