Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of motivation and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Surya Agrolika Reksa Kecamatan Singingi Hilir Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi. The research population is 92 employees, using the formula R-Solvin found a sample of 46 respondents.The research data were obtained from questionnaires (primary), literature study and direct interviews with related parties according to the research objectives. Analysis technique using SPSS V.22. The results showed that partially motivation had a positif and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Surya Agrolika Reksa Kecamatan Singingi Hilir Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi.. While work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Surya Agrolika Reksa Kecamatan Singingi Hilir Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi. And simultaneously motivation and work discipline affect employee performance in PT. Surya Agrolika Reksa Kecamatan Singingi Hilir Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi. Kata
