Abstract

White oyster mushroom has properties that are not durable, so it requires proper and correct handling. White Oyster Mushroom Agroindustry at Rumah Jamur Nando produces several processed products namely nuggets, krispy mushrooms, mushroom rendang. This white oyster mushroom agro-industry entrepreneur faces various obstacles to achieve its goal, which is to obtain maximum profit. This research was conducted at Rumah Jamur Nando, Sialang Sakti Village, Tenayan Raya District, Pekanbaru City, this study aims to find out: (1) The use of production resources on processed white oyster mushrooms at Rumah Jamur Nando, Sialang Sakti Village, Tenayan Raya District, Pekanbaru City, (2) Combination optimal white oyster mushroom processed products (maximum profit) at the Nando Mushroom House, Sialang Sakti Village, Tenayan Raya District, Pekanbaru City, (3) The effect of changes in resource use on the objective function coefficient (optimal conditions). The method used in this study is a survey method. Data analysis was performed using qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis using Linear Programming assisted with LINDO software. This research was conducted for 6 months starting from September 2019 until March 2020. The results showed that (1) the use of capital available at the Rumah Jamur Nando was Rp. 1,211,000, for the use of labor as many as 3 people and have the availability of working hours as much as 8 hours. To produce nuggets, krispy mushrooms and mushroom rendang in one production process, 12,000 grams of White Oyster Mushroom is needed. (2) To get maximum profit, the combination of products produced by Rumah Jamur Nando is 60 pcs of nuggets, 40 pcs of krispy mushrooms, and 50 pcs of rendang mushrooms. (3) The effect of changes in resources on the use of capital is Rp. 1,211,000 has a value of Rp. 103,836 which means that the use of all capital has not been utilized optimally so that it still has residual funds. For the use of labor, it has been used fully so that it has no leftovers. Then for the use of raw materials, there are still as many as 1.4 grams of white oyster mushrooms that have not been utilized to produce nuggets, krispy mushrooms and mushroom rendang. And for the use of flour and meyzene flour has been used up entirely.
