Abstract
ANALYSIS EMPLOYEE DISCIPLINE AT THE SECRETARIAT BPKAD RIAU PROVINCE ABSTRACT Labor Productivity The purpose of this working paper is to find out how the job description ofdiscipline is in the office of the financial management agency and the regional assets ofriau province. the exact method used in making this working paper is the correationalmethod. Based on analysis and observations in the discipline at the office of thefinancial management body and regional assets can be said to be less than themaxsimum. Due to lack of awareness of working hours that should be so that there ardelays in entering office hours in general this causes a performance that is not carriedout properly in the field of secretariat.
