EVALUATION OF THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM FOR HEALTHY LIVEABLE HOUSES IN AIR MOLEK II VILLAGE PASIR PENYU DISTRICT INDRAGIRI HULU REGENCY ABSTRACT By: Yolanda Fransiska Octriani The Problem of fulfilling a livable healthy home for the community, especially the poor who is no longer able to rebuild their house, is a complicated matter due to economic factors, lack of developer participation in housing provision, not from a business perspective and the inability to do business due to the age of the occupants. The government as the facilitator for the provision of healthy homes for habitation is responsible for this, so the question arises how to provide, support for the development of healthy houses suitable for habitation? This study aims to evaluate the implementation of a healthy housing development program in the village of Air Molek II Pasir Penyu District, Indragiri Hulu Regency. This is important because it is to determine the accuracy of program targeting and assistance mechanisms for the poor. The method used is descriptive qualitative, through an in- depth explanation of a phenomenon. The results showed that the evaluation of the implementation of the Healthy Housing Development Program For Liveable Living has been right on target, but the program has not yet been running according to the target and the aid program for healthy housing that is fit for habitation has not been evenly implemented in every sub-district in the district.
