Abstract
Wages is the most sensitive thing because it is one of the driving factors in the work, and the things that affect the morale and discipline of the workforce. Every company should be able to provide a balanced wage for workers with jobs provided by employers. Basic labor rights receive a fair wage receipt in the implementation of a wage system for employees at SPBU No. 14-283,681 Pelalawan Regency. The main problem in this study is How is the Implementation of Wage Systems Based on Government Regulation Number 78 Year 2015 Regarding Wages at SPBU No. 14-283,681 Pelalawan Regency and the Obstacles to the Implementation of Wage Systems Based on Government Regulation Number 78 Year 2015 Concerning Wages at SPBU No. 14-283,681 Pelalawan Regency. The research method is observational approach by direct survey to the field. While the characteristic of this research is descriptive, it is a depiction of the characteristics of an individual, other circumstances or symptoms in society. In this case provides a detailed description of the Implementation of Wage Systems Based on Government Regulation Number 78 Year 2015 Regarding Wages at SPBU No. 14-283,681 Pelalawan Regency. This research resulted that the implementation of the wage system for employees at SPBU No. 14-283,681 Pelalawan Regency is not going well according to Government Regulation Number 78 Year 2015 Regarding Wages. Constraints in the implementation of wage systems at SPBU No. 14-283,681 Pelalawan Regency is there is a delay in the payment of wages to employees and there has never been socialization from the government both to companies and workers / laborers in providing an explanation of the basic rules of wages at SPBU No. 14-283,681 Pelalawan Regency.
