Abstract

PT. XL Axiata, whose field of work handles the routine and routine checks of towers spread across the Kerinci area to Rengat, Riau province, so that every day work orders come with lots, especially if there are problems in the towers, work orders will be added. The problem is that the number of work orders that come in sometimes cannot be sorted by optimization so that sometimes it has to go back and forth to the same area, so it is not optimal in the process of building the tower. Then from the need for an application that can be used to manage towers xl work. Because with the application of the delivery of information about the data that must be done will also be faster as well as the process of assessing the work of each tower will be immediately included so that the leader can more quickly find out the results of work carried out by technicians. The results of this study are: In general, the system built has been able to run and can produce data that is in accordance with the data collected by the user such as filling tower data, categories and inputting and filling in the spk (work order). Testing the accuracy of the application has the best performance with the percentage value of the questionnaire averaging 59% so that this application is feasible to be implemented.
