Abstract
The research was conducted in Sungai Sebesi Village, KundurSubdistrict, Karimun Regency. As for the purpose of this study was to find out the results of the extent of the Role of the Village Head in Coordinating Development in Sungai Sebesi Village, Kundur District, Karimun Regency and also to find out the obstacles in carrying out the Role of Heads Village in Coordinating Development in Sungai Sebesi Village, Kundur District, Karimun Regency. The usefulness of this research is also an input for the Village Government, especially Sungai Sebesi Village, and it is hoped that this research can also increase knowledge and become a reference for future researchers with the same subject matter. In line with the objectives of this study, the population of this study was the Village Head, BPD, LPMD, Village Sexuality, Development Agency, RT and RW, Sungai Sebesi Village Community. The sampling technique used is using Purposive Sampling and Random Techniques. Types and data collection techniques consist of primary data collected using questionnaire and interview data techniques and secondary data collected by observation and documentation techniques which are data sources and information as well as information from parties related to this research. Meanwhile, the theory that the writer uses is that coordination as one of the main functions of government management is sought so that development is carried out in various sectors and by appreciating bodies and various regions to work in harmony and produce synergies. In addition, coordination is the answer to the need for decentralization with indicators namely Planning Activities, Program Implementation and Communication After Research analyzed the analysis of quantitative research and research qualifications shows the Village Head in Coordinating Village Development in Sungai Sebesi Village "Good Enough".
