Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of Bengkalis Regency Regional Regulation Number 1 of 2016 concerning Public Order concerningMandatory Report 1 x 24 hours in Mandau Subdistrict, Gajah Sakti Village. TheMethod Used is a Quantitative Method with Descriptive Analysis Technique, thiswriting describes the conditions in the objects found in the field based on datadata relating to the problems of the implementation of Public Order in MandauSubdistrict, Gajah Sakti Village. With Questionnaires and Interviews as a DataCollection Tool, and the data collected is then presented as the main raw materialfor analyzing the Empirical condition and objectivity of the existence and purposeof the study at the location under study. There are 5 groups of population andsamples. Types and data collection techniques used consist of primary data whichis obtained through research tools in the form of questionnaires, and interviewlists, as well as secondary data obtained by means of frequency tables accordingto the results of observations that the authors make then conclude that theimplementation of this research is still implemented Poor / Poorly Implementedwhere there is still a lack of public awareness in complying with the rules made bythe government.
